Service Description

You will be guided safely step by step in to the open water at North Dock Llanelli by our head coach Caris Bowen. During this session you will learn all of the tools required to manage the cold water by teaching your mind and body to be more resilient. Caris has the ability to enable you to overcome your fears if you have any. We will also cover how to breathe effectively and efficiently to ensure you have an enjoyable, safe and fun experience.
