Service Description

You will be guided safely step by step in to the Open Water at Bay Bach Burry Port by head coach Caris Bowen. You will learn all of the tools required to manage the cold water and how to teach your mind and body to be more resilient to it. You will then feel the benefits and share the experience around a fire after the dip/swim. Kit list (minimal kit) and postcode for the car park will be sent after booking this course.
